Please allow a minimum of 2 working days for processing your order before dispatch. Order will be processed once payment confirmation is received.
Working days: Monday- Fridays, excluding public holidays
Once dispatched allow for 2-4 working day for delivery.
Shipping fees are non-refundable
You can cancel your order provided the order has not been shipped already. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund.

Damaged Goods
Damaged or broken products must be reported to us within 12 hours of receiving, thereafter we do not take responsibility for damaged or broken items.
Only items received that are incorrect according to order placed may be returned for an exchange. The product must be in the same condition that you received it: unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not process refunds for orders suspected of fraud.
