Electronic purchases allow the recipient to place an order of one or more products provided the item is in stock. Processing of orders will occur only once payment has been processed & accepted.
Placing an item in your cart without processing the payment for the order will lead to an unsuccessful order being placed. If the cart expires without payment being made, the item/s will be released back onto the website for sale.
Please note that the stock of all items on offer is limited. In the unlikely event that an order is placed on an item that is unavailable or out of stock, we will notify you and you will be reimbursed at Rand value for the product. We will also notify you when then the product is restocked.
Payments are made through payfast.
If payment fails due to the account not existing, insufficient funds, the credit card number or other information being incorrect etc. the purchase will not be successful. You should receive an email confirmation from Payfast regarding payment post-purchase.
Termination of Suspected Fraudulent Orders
BeauT-Box reserves the right to cancel or refuse to fulfill any order(s) that is suspected of being fraudulent. This includes but is not limited to instances of suspected stolen credit cards. In the likelihood that this should occur, we may request Identification documentation and a picture of the front of the card to confirm with the relevant bank. If documentation is not provided within 24 hours, the order will be canceled. In the event of a fraudulent purchase being placed on our website, cardholders will be advised to initiate a chargeback via their bank in order to be refunded.
We reverse the right to change our packaging at any time.
Beau-T Box only services deliveries and sales within South Africa. Delivery is made through The Courier Guy. Beau-T Box will charge R100 for shipping, depending on your geographical location. The final shipping costs are determined by your postal code. Products will be shipped as per the stated shipping times of the particular product ordered which is usually between 2-4 working days. If no one is unavailable at the time of delivery, a note will be left on the door saying that delivery was attempted and the courier will contact the recipient via telephone so that a new delivery day can be arranged. Two attempts will be made to deliver the parcel, if on the second attempt no one is available, the parcel will be returned and we will then contact you. Please note that you will be liable for any additional delivery costs that may have been incurred.
In the event that incorrect shipping details are given, you may be liable for additional shipping fees to redirect the package to the correct address. In that case, BeauT-Box reserves the right to withhold the package until such fees have been settled.
